SETTING UP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
To buy wholesale, you do not need to own a retail store, but you do need to own or operate a business and you are buying for resale purposes. The minimum purchase for first-time wholesale customers in the showroom is $100. There is no minimum on subsequent orders.
To set up a wholesale account please register online as a member and follow up with us by email to let us know you are an operator of a company and would like to buy wholesale. We can then set you up in our system as a wholesale member. Next time you sign in you will be able to see the wholesale prices. Alternatively, you can also set up a wholesale account with us in person in our showroom or call us at 416 703 8838. We will be more than happy to assist you with setting up an account.
SPECIAL ORDERS
For wholesale customers who want to put in a special order for the items we carry, a written purchase order together with a 20% deposit is required. You can either fax in the order or sent the order by email to us. A customer representative will be in touch with you either by phone or by email to clarify availability of the items; minimum quantity required; production timeframe as well as shipping charges. It usually takes 6 to 10 weeks for a special order to be made.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer before delivery. In case of dispute over the variation of color and quality of the products from the sample after delivery, the customer needs to return the items within 10 business days after receipt of the products. Designers Findings will refund the value less shipping and deposit charges. A store credit equal to the deposit amount less 5% restocking fee will be issued for other purchases in the store. A return authorization number is required for returning a special order. Please contact our customer representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
THE VERY SPECIAL ORDER
We take pride in finding unusual cuts and stones for jewelry designers. Designers can place a Very Special Order and specify the cut and shape of a stone that are not carried in our store at the time of order. Minimum purchase quantity will be applied to the Very Special Order. Please contact our sales representative directly to discuss the feasibility of placing a Very Special Order on the stones that you like.
