Thanks for shopping with Designers Findings. We provide our services to you subject to the following conditions:
SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Carrier: We use Canada Post and FedEx Ground as our carrier. We ship twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. Our goods will be shipped under the shipper name Eclectic International Corporation which is the parent company of Designers Findings. Once an order has been placed, customer will be notified of the status of the order by email.

Refund Policy: We stand behind our products. If in any event you think the products are different from the photos you see on our Internet site, please return the products to us within 10 days of receipt of the goods. After receiving the parcel we will gladly refund you the value of the products less 10% restocking fee, customs duty (if applicable) and shipping charge. However, if the products were not returned in their original condition, we retain the right to decline the return and the goods will be shipped back to you at our cost.
In the event that your parcel does not arrive within five business days of the scheduled arrival date, please contact us and we will trace the shipment with the carrier and notify you of the result by email or telephone.
Cancellation Fee: Once an order has been placed and accepted on-line, there is a 5% cancellation charge on the sales value if the order was cancelled before shipment. This charge is to cover all the charges incurred by the on-line host as well as the merchant credit card company.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
Credit Card Security: We use industry standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information. Your credit card information is secured and will not be revealed to anybody other than for processing payments.
Customer Information Gathered: Customer information gathered is solely for internal use to process the order. We do not share customer information with any third party.
E-Mail Communication: Once you sign up as a member, you will receive our newsletter as well as advance notice of any promotional programs. If you do not wish to be on our e-mailing list, please unsubscribe following the instruction on the newsletter.
Customers Opinion and Testimonial: Customer opinions and testimonials sent to Designers Findings may be used in our newsletter as well as for market analysis. For further information please refer to the paragraph entitled Permission to Use Your Content under Terms and Conditions.
Statements Made in Describing Goods: Designers Findings has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the site. However, the quality and color of the stones seen on the screen is dependent on the purchaser’s computer monitor and Designers Findings has no control over this. Since semi-precious stones and pearls are products of nature, their quality can vary slightly from strand to strand and from piece to piece. In addition, Designers Findings cannot guarantee the information provided on the site to be error free. If a product offered by Designers Findings does not meet your expectation, your solution is to return it in unused condition to us. Please refer to our Shipping and Refund Policy for additional information.
Mystic Attributes: The information about the mystic attributes of the stones mentioned anywhere on the site is based on common beliefs and such information is collected from a variety of sources. Designers Findings does not endorse nor make any claims to the mystic attributes quoted on the site.
Permission to Use Your Content: We have a newsletter and members are welcome to contribute to the content of the newsletter. Also, we welcome customers to provide us with their wish list to be considered in future Designers Findings product procurements. By transmitting any suggestions, information, request, material or other content to Designers Findings, you automatically grant Designers Findings the royalty-free right to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute and display such content in whole or in part either in written form or in verbal communication.
